Batch 2 Round 6 Brewer – Joe Simmons

I live in the great town of Gainesville, Fl home of the Almighty Florida Gators. I have been brewing just about 4 years now. My lovely girlfriend bought me a kit as a gift after hearing me talk about homebrewing. Little did she know she was about to create a monster. It only took me 3 extract kits before I decided that this was a hobby that I was serious about and upped the ante by going all grain. These days when I’m not studying for my Electrical Engineering degree I am either brewing or working a shift at my local homebrew shop. The thing I love most about brewing is the creative aspect of it. I am extremely excited to flex a little creative muscle as a part of the Iron Brewer Challenge.
