Batch 2 Round 5 Recipe, Blake Jarolim – Flemish Delight

For round 5 Blake is brewing “Flemish Delight”. Here is his recipe:

Batch Size: 9 gallons w/120' boil

5 lbs Wheat DME
5 lbs German Pilz
5 lbs Unmalted Wheat
.25 lbs Dingemans Cara-45

11.5 oz Raspberry Puree @ 5 days
23 oz Peach Puree @ 5 days

.25oz Columbus 60'
2oz Hallertauer Dry Hop for 3 days before bottling

Wyeast 3724

- Attempt to mash in @122 for 15' and bring it up to 147 for 60'
- Stir in DME as wort is coming to a boil
