2oz     Hersbrucker (15 min)
1oz     Coarsely Ground Black Pepper (15 min)
1tsp    Irish Moss (15 min)

0.5oz Vanilla Extract (during secondary)

2-Step infusion: 
20 min @ 135
50 min @ 155

60 min boil

Primary fermentation for 4 days @ 68F
Secondary fermentation for 10 days @ 72F
Bottle with 3/4c corn sugar, age for 2 weeks @ 72F
