Hola Brewing Amigo’s!
My name is Corey Jensen. My love for beer comes from the art and science that goes into each batch. I have been brewing for about 3 years now using the classic home brewer style setup in my kitchen/garage. I started brewing using a William’s extract starter kit that my wife bought me for a Christmas present. I realized shortly after that extract brewing wasn’t quite quenching my brewing thirst and went right into all grain for my second batch. I haven’t looked back and have brewed everything from light ales to big barley wines, putting spins on the customary and sometimes just going for the extraordinary. Here’s to beer!
